They are currently being decorated having seen some nearly completed we are very excited. The Hippo trail maps are currently at the printers and will be ready shortly. At this point we would like to thank everyone for their support and contributions and look forward to seeing everyone at the auction night.

Hippos Make EDP

Hippo hunting is turning into a major success story for North Walsham.
While the high profile Norwich herd of Go Elephants! numbered 53 last summer, the organisers of the North Walsham event have managed to attract more than 40 hippo owners as they warm up for the big launch later in the year.
While the figure could rise slightly through extra interest from organisations who missed the official deadline, there will be at least 42 hippos decorated and placed around town in May half term.

A Hippo New Year!
All our Hippos have now been ordered and we await the arrival of over 30! A huge thank you to all those charities and companies who are sponsoring the hippos, the take up has been fantastic and we look forward to seeing all the hippos in their decorated glory.

November Update

A busy week in Hippo Hunt World. The project has now started rolling, with positive feedback coming from those who hear about it.
On Tuesday (28.10) Clare, Paul and I visited the Town Council, armed with our Hippo, and gave a very short presentation. They were very enthusiastic and gave their backing to the idea. This led to newspaper coverage in the EDP and the North Norfolk News (complete with photo of Hippo and us!).
